Overlooking the splendid Anfiteatro della Vigna, Villa del Volo is luxury villa, located 20 minutes driving from Bologna in a singular panoramic location.
The splendid view towards the countryside immerses guests in the landscape dotted with vineyards and during the summer offers splendid sunsets over the hills. During summer time the heated infinity swimming pool with hot tub has a view of the vineyards and the Bolognese plains, which guarantees the quiet that the agricultural landscape can offer. The outdoor pergola allows guests the opportunity to dine outdoors. The parking is reserved and easily accessible from the main road by entering the fully fenced area of the garden to ensure safety and comfort
The villa is part, together with 5 other totally independent villas, of a large luxury resort.
Guests can therefore enjoy maximum privacy but at the same time they can use, if they wish, the excellent services and facilities of the resort: several restaurants,  bars, a cellar for visits and tastings, meeting and event rooms, 7 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sports, daily activities programm (in summer), but above all a wonderful big SPA.
For large groups and events, several villas can be rented together or some rooms and spaces of the resort can be used.

The villa resembles an ancient stone farmhouse of great charm, with traditional wooden floors, terracotta tiles and exposed roofs.
Arranged on two levels, it can accommodate up to twelve guests and offers every kind of comfort. On the ground floor, a spacious kitchen with a dining table is connected to a first living room. Other large spaces with sofas and large TVs, tables for games and areas with armchairs reserved for relaxation and reading gradually open towards the garden.
The classic-style rooms, finely decorated with wallpapers, carpets and curtains, offer the guests of the villa a charming and elegant stay. The first bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining five double bedrooms are located on the first level, reachable by a large staircase and lift. All bedrooms have kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom.

The villa can be booked with two formulas. The first includes daily breakfast at the resort and three hours of entry to the traditional SPA path included in the stay.
Alternatively, the guest can choose immersion in absolute privacy with the "Villa Only" formula.
