The professional sommelier will be able to support you and to advise you taking in consideration the correct combining wine-food, which will allow you to combine the most suitable wines with food able to exalt the characteristics of the wine and vice-versa. The professional sommelier will be able to tell you the history of the wine that he is proposing you, the region from which it comes, its cultivation and oenological techniques, organoleptic characteristic, the different vine varieties which composes it and in which proportions.
