Tradition with the simplicity in maintaining the original tastes of local products. It is impossible not to know and appreciate the too often forgotten soil tastes, those generated by foodstuff rituals which are not produced for commercial purposes, but for the pleasures to plant a seed and seeing firstly a plant and then a fruit growing up. It will be fun to learn making pici, gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle, employing local production flour and ancient grains recovered by young farmers. Past tastes and knowledge nowadays appreciated more than ever.
