Degustazione Grappe

A distillate tasting is a fascinating sensory experience, but for a lot of people who are used to drink grappa in the after-meal, quickly and without paying attention to it, it is also atypical. In order to appreciate a good grappa, it is necessary to acquire a specific method.

As a convention, grappa can be divided in four categories: young or aged (the one which are kept in wood casks more or less 12 months), aromatics (coming from particular flavoring grapes, such as moscato, malvasia, traminer) and aromatized (obtained adding natural flavoring such as herbs, roots or fruits). A whole world to be discovered.
